Gold Nanoparticles, Protein A Conjugated
Nanocs Protein A gold nanoparticles were made from monodispersed gold nanoparticles with narrow size distribution (<15%). Protein A is a 42 kD protein with high binding affinity to immunogloblins (IgG). Nanocs protein A labeled gold particles can be used to identify IgG molecules. Both labeled and unlabeled gold nanoparticles have high electron density and non-fading red color and are useful as probes to detect various IgG molecules in SEM, TEM, light microscopy and blotting. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
