Protein A, Biotin labeled
Biotin labeled Protein A is one of the Nanocs’ premier biotinylated Protein A conjugates. Protein A is a 42 kDa surface protein originally found in the cell wall of Stapylococcus aureus. Protein A has strong binding affinity towards immunoglobulins and it has been used for antibody identification, purification and many other biochemical research uses. Biotin protein A conjugate can bind to avidin or streptavidin with high affinity. All our protein A conjugates were purified by size exclusion chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
- 2~7 Biotins on each protein A molecule.
- Protein A and it conjugates provided either in water solution or dried powder;
- Store at 4 0C.
