Texas Red labeled Proteinase K is one of Nanocs’ fluorescent Proteinase K conjugates. Proteinase K is a highly reactive nonspecific serine protease that is capable of inactivating RNases and DNases and is used in the isolation or preparation of high molecular weight nucleic acids. Proteinase K is also useful for helping to characterize enzymes, due to its cleavage specificity. Proteinase K is stable in a wide variety of detergents and buffer salts and at various temperatures and pH. The isoelectric point of proteinase K is 8.9. Nanocs provides a number of fluorescent labeled Proteinase K products that span from UV region to near IR. These fluorescent Proteinase K conjugates can be used for enzyme studies, bioassay development and many other biomedical research. Nanocs Texas Red labeled Proteinase K, TR Proteinase K is a far red fluorescent Proteinase K conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 592/615 nm. This far red Proteinase K can be easily detected by fluorescent instruments in 594 nm channel. All our fluorescent Proteinase K conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
