Lysozyme, FITC and Biotin labeled
Lysozyme, Fluorescein and Biotin Labeled
Synonym: Lysozyme FITC Biotin.
Fluorescein and biotin labeled lysozyme is a multifunctional fluorescent biotin lysozyme conjugate. Lysozymes are a family of catlytic enzymes which damage bacterial cell walls by catalyzing hydrolysis of 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues. Lysozyme is also known as muramidase or N-acetylmuramide glycanhydrolase. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated lysozyme with different functionality. These functional lysozyme products can be used for enzyme studies, bioassay development and many other biomedical research. Nanocs Fluorescein and biotin labeled lysozyme is a green fluorescent lysozyme conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 495/515 nm. Meanwhile, biotin can bind to avidin or streptavidin with high affinity. This fluorescent lysozyme conjugate can be easily detected by fluorescent instruments in FITC channel. All our lysozyme conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
