Description:

Nanocs SnapLink pegylated Biotin NHS is a water soluble, amine reactive derivative of biotin. SnapLink Biotin PEG NHS enables simple and efficient biotin labeling of proteins, antibodies or other amine containing molecules or particles. The hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm imparts water solubility that is transferred to the biotinylated molecules , thus reducing aggregation of labeled substrates in solution. The PEG spacer arm also gives the biotin a long and flexible structure to minimize steric hindrance for binding to streptavidin or avdins. N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide NHS esters of biotin react efficiently with primary amino groups (-NH2) in alkaline buffer to form a stable amide bond. Nanocs provides a variety of high purity biotin and its derivatives for various biotinylation and bioassay applications. These functional biotin products were purified by chromatography to remove impurities and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.

M100 Magnetic Nanobeads, biotin functionalized:

M100TMmagnetic nanobeads are one of Nanocs’ multifunctional super paramagnetic beads that can be used for biomolecule and cell labeling, tracking, purification and separation. The average size of these nanoparticles is around 100 nm with size distribution in the range of 100-150 nm. These magnetic nanoparticles have iron oxide core over coated by special biocompatible polymers and make them well suited for biomedical applications. Unlike large magnetic beads, those small magnetic nanoparticles have very small particle size and they can be used directly for cell separation without disturbing or disrupting regular cell development process. On the other hand, unlike very small magnetic nanoparticles, our M50TM magnetic nanobeads can be extracted by magnet without need magnetic column, a big advantage for fast and convenient biomolecule or cell labeling and separation.

Description:

Nanocs SnapLink pegylated Biotin dithiol NHS is a water soluble, amine reactive derivative of biotin. SnapLink Biotin PEG dithiol NHS enables simple and efficient biotin labeling of proteins, antibodies or other amine containing molecules or particles. The hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm imparts water solubility that is transferred to the biolinylated molecules , thus reducing aggregation of labeled proteins in solution. The PEG spacer arm also gives the biotin a long and flexible structure to minimize steric hindrance for binding to streptavidin or avdins. N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide NHS esters of biotin react efficiently with primary amino groups (-NH2) in alkaline buffer to form a stable amide bond. Dithiol bond can be cleaved with common disulfide bond reducing reagents such as DTT, TCEP, etc. Nanocs provides a variety of high purity biotin and its derivatives for various biotinylation and bioassay applications. These functional biotin products were purified by chromatography to remove impurities and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.

简介:VF204E实验室减压真空过滤装置采用一体式结构设计,将过滤瓶、抽滤漏斗、真空泵以及其他实验室过滤所需要的各类附属件集中在一个机台之内,方便整体的移动,同时节省了实验室台面的空间。整机采用全不锈钢材质打造,坚固耐用,抽滤时有滤液滴落也更加方便擦拭清洁。可以适合于各种实验室过滤用。

应用范围:包括微生物限度检查、悬浮物检测、清洁度检测等等各种实验室过滤。

产品特点:
1.采用一体式设计,将实验室过滤所需要的真空泵、抽滤瓶、过滤漏斗、调节阀、真空表,设置是缓冲杯全部集成在一个机台之内,有效改变了传统软管连接的抽滤装置占用桌面空间过多的缺点,更加简洁,方便整体的移动。

2.废液瓶采用创新的磁性吸附方式,牢牢固定在主机的不锈钢机台上。避免各种意外原因造成的废液瓶倾倒、摇晃。
3.主机内置无油式真空泵,只需要连接电源就可以开始工作。工作过程中也不会产生污染,日后也不需要再行维护保养。
4.整机外壳包括机台部分,全部采用不锈钢材质制造。不锈钢材质坚固耐用,滤液滴在机器表面上也更加容易擦拭。

5.配置齐全,除了真空过滤所必须的主要部件,还设计带有真空表、调节阀,方便用户根据实际状况调节过滤速度;同时进气口还配置了缓冲杯,可以保护真空泵免受滤液倒吸的困扰。

6.废液瓶带有底部快速排液口,过滤作业完成后,可以不用拔除漏斗再到出漏斗,直接通过底部快速排液口放出滤液,节省了操作时间,也更加方便。
