FU-A1真空抽滤瓶采用多项人性化设计,力求改进传统抽滤瓶需要手工倒入滤液、取放滤膜不孙便、倒出滤液操作繁琐、玻璃易碎等缺陷,尽可能解放操作人员的双手、简化过滤步骤、缩短整体过滤所需时间,为实验室过滤提升效率。
应用范围:
微生物限度检查过滤、悬浮固形物SS检测过滤,以及各种水溶液的过滤。
产品特色:
1.抽滤漏斗的滤杯和滤膜基座部分采用旋卡式结构,不需要使用固定夹具、卡箍之类的附属件来固定。使用时只需要轻轻旋转滤杯就可以拿起,取拿滤膜完毕后只需要将滤杯放入基座轻轻旋转就可以完成固定。
2.抽滤瓶底部设计了快速排液口,简化滤液排出的步骤。用户不必等滤液装满抽滤瓶后停下工作,解除装置再倒出液体。只需要松开底部排液管上的夹具,滤液便可自动排出。
3.创新自动进液设计,使用标配的自动进液盖,将进液管放入待过滤液体中,开始抽吸后液体即自动吸入滤杯通过滤膜,无需手工倒入液体,解放双手,提升操作效率。
4.抽滤瓶接软管处的玻璃接头配置了保护帽,使用保护帽可以避免用力插拔软管而造成捏碎玻璃接头的风险,避免人员受伤和损坏过滤器材。
5.抽滤瓶被完全的放置在一个吸盘式的固定底座中间,底座半包围的结构环抱住抽滤瓶,固定座的底部可以牢固吸附在光滑的实验室台面上,确保抽滤瓶整体不会摇晃、倾倒。
6.滤杯和抽滤瓶都带有刻度线,易于观察液位量。滤杯的刻度线和塑料滤杯为一体式模具注塑成型,非后期印刷,确保常年使用后也不会退变。

NHS group, on the other hand, can react with primary amine group at alkaline pH to form a stable amide bond. NHS funtionalized DBCO PEG thus can be easily attached to proteins, antibodies, peptides or small molecules to derive DBCO reactive moiety.

The strain-promoted 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of cyclooctynes and azides, also termed as the Cu-free click reaction, is a bioorthogonal reaction that enables the conjugation of two molecules in aqueous solution. DBCO PEG derivatives possess fast kinetics and stability in aqueous buffer. DBCO reagents can be used to label azide-modified biomolecules spontaneous without the need for toxic Cu catalysts. Meanwhile, maleimide group can react with sulfhydryl (Thoil) groups at pH 6.5-7.5 easily. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.

- White/off-white solid or viscous liquid depends on molecule weight;
- Soluble in aqeous buffer and DMSO;
Copper-free Click reaction procedures:
- Prepare the azide-containing reagents in reaction buffer.
- Add DBCO reagents to azide containing reagents. Add 1 mol equivalent of limiting reagent to 1.5~3.0 mol equivalents of abundance reagent.
- Incubate the reaction at room temperature for 2~4 hours or 2~12 hours at 4 0C.
- Purify conjugates either by dialysis or size-exclusion chromatograph.
Storage Conditions:
- Store at -20 0C. Desiccate. Protect from light. Avoid frequent thaw and freeze.
